Exchanging the Battery of the Radio Remote Control

If there is no reaction of the winch when you press a key on the remote control or
if the transmitting range decreases, exchange the battery of the remote control
with a new one of the same type and dimensions.
The battery compartment is located at the rear side of the remote control.
1. Slide down the battery compartment lid from the remote control.
2. Insert a new battery of the type A23. Pay attention to the proper polarity of the
battery.
3. Push the battery compartment lid back on the remote control.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Keep the steel cable clean and lightly oiled.
If the winch is used extensively, it should be examined and lubricated by a
qualified technician once a year.
Do not try to repair the winch yourself and do not disassemble it. In case of
questions or problems please turn to our customer service.
Clean the housing of the winch with a lightly moistened cloth.

Storing

Store the unit indoors in a dry place that is protected from dust, dirt and
extreme temperatures.
Store the unit out of reach of children.
Batteries do not belong in household garbage.
For battery disposal, please check with your local
council.
