Operation

Settings

Disconnect the unit from the air pressure system. Turn it on with the ON/OF
Function button. Wait until the current pressure, usually 000, is displayed. Press
the button again until - - - is displayed. After that the unit counts through the
setting functions - 0 -, - 1 - and - 2 -.
Three functions can be set on the unit: Automatic zeroing of the Display, the
automatic turn-off time and the measuring unit.

Zeroing the Display

When the setting function - 0 - is displayed, press the button within 3 seconds.
Now 0 0 - is displayed. Press the button again within 3 seconds, 0 0 0 is
displayed now. Press the button again within 3 seconds, the unit sets itself to
zero, "End" is displayed and the unit turns off.

Automatic Turn-Off Time

When the setting function - 1 - is displayed, press the button within 3 seconds. In
the display 30, 60, 120 and 180 are displayed in sequence. Each number is
displayed for 2 seconds and specifies the number of seconds after which the unit
turns off when not used. Press the button when your preferred number of seconds
is displayed. The selected number of seconds flashes for 3 seconds and the unit
turns off.

Setting the Measuring Units

When the setting function - 2 - is displayed, press the button within 3 seconds. On
the bottom of the display a black bar moves from left to right. The possible units
are PSI, BAR and MPa. Press the button when the bar is under the desired unit.
The bar will flash for 3 seconds and the unit turns off.
Operation
Press the button to turn on the unit. The current pressure in the line is displayed.
When not used the unit turns off after the pre-set time.
With the turn knob the side of the unit you can regulate the air stream with a
mechanical valve.

Replacing the Batteries

When the digital display fades the batteries should be replaced. Remove the unit
from the pressure system and open it by removing the screws of the housing.
Remove the retaining screws and lift out the electronic component. The batteries
LR 44 are on the back side. Replace the batteries; observe correct polarity (left
battery + on top) and reassembly the unit on reverse sequence.
