- Page 2 Instruction Manual IMPORTANT INFORMATION READ BEFORE ASSEMBLING THIS PRODUCT Follow the information on the warning labels found on the bunk bed and on the packaging. Do not remove the warning label from the bed. Use only a mattress with the dimensions 74-75 in.L x 37.5-38.5 in.W x 9 in.H on the upper bunk.

Assembly Options Option A - Ladder Right To build this option follow Steps 1-6, Steps 7A-14A and Steps 15-24. Option B - Ladder Left To build this option follow Steps 1-6, Steps 7B-14B and Steps 15-24. - Page 6 Insert dowels (A) into slats (1,2) and self supports (16,17). Screw cam bolts (J) into shelf supports (16,17). Insert dowels (A) into guardrails (3,4,5,6,7,8) and shelf supports (18).
- Page 7 Attach slats (1,2) to legs (9,10) using dowels as guides. Secure slats (1,2) to legs (9,10) using screws (D). Tighten screws (D) with wrench (N). Attach second set of slats (1,2) to legs (11,12) using dowels as guides. Secure slats (1,2) to legs (11,12) using screws (D).
- Page 8 Attach shelf support (18) to shelf (19) using screws (H). Tighten screws (H) with a screwdriver. Repeat this step for second shelf. Attach shelf supports (16,17) to shelf (19) using cam bolts and dowels as guides. Insert cam locks (K) into shelf (19) and tighten with a screwdriver.
- Page 9 Attach guardrail supports (28) to guardrails (3,7,8) and guardrails (4,5,6) using bolts (G). Tighten bolts (G) with wrench (N). Insert barrel nuts (C) into guardrails (3,4). Attach guardrails (3,4) to leg set (11,12) using bolts (B). Bolts (B) will screw directly into barrel nuts (C).
- Page 10 Insert barrel nuts (C) into guardrails (3,4). Attach guardrails (3,4) to leg set (9,10) using bolts (B). Bolts (B) will screw directly into barrel nuts (C). Hold barrel nuts (C) in place with a screwdriver as you tighten bolts (B) with wrench (N). Secure guardrails (5,6) to leg (10) and guardrails (7,8) to leg (9) using screws (D).
- Page 11 Attach shelves (19) to the bed frame using screws (D). Tighten screws (D) with wrench (N). Attach shelf support legs (14,15) to shelves (19) using screws (E). Tighten screws (E) with wrench (N).
- Page 12 Secure shelf support legs (14,15) to the bed frame using screws (F). Tighten screws (F) with wrench (N). Option A Final Assembly of Bed Frame Attach final mattress support slat (13) to the bed frame using screws (H). Tighten screws (H) with a screwdriver.
- Page 13 Attach guardrail supports (28) to guardrails (3,7,8) and guardrails (4,5,6) using bolts (G). Tighten bolts (G) with wrench (N). Insert barrel nuts (C) into guardrails (3,4). Attach guardrails (3,4) to leg set (9,10) using bolts (B). Bolts (B) will screw directly into barrel nuts (C).

Hold barrel nuts (C) in place with a screwdriver as you tighten bolts (B) with wrench (N). Secure guardrails (5,6) to leg (12) using screws (D).
- Page 15 Attach shelves (19) to the bed frame using screws (D). Tighten screws (D) with wrench (N). Attach shelf support legs (14,15) to shelves (19) using screws (E). Tighten screws (E) with wrench (N).
- Page 16 Secure shelf support legs (14,15) to the bed frame using screws (F). Tighten screws (F) with wrench (N). Option B Final Assembly of Bed Frame Attach final mattress support slat (13) to the bed frame using screws (H). Tighten screws (H) with a screwdriver.
- Page 17 Insert dowels (A) into desk supports (25,26,27). Screw casters (L) into desk legs (21,24) and casters (M) into desk legs (22,23).
- Page 18 Attach desk supports (27) to desk legs (21,22) using dowels as guides. Secure desk supports (27) using screws (E). Tighten screws (E) with wrench (N). Attach second set of desk supports (27) to desk legs (23,24) using dowels as guides. Secure desk supports (27) using screws (E).
- Page 19 Attach desk supports (25) to desk top (20) using screws (I). Tighten screws (I) with a screwdriver. Attach leg set (23,24) to desk top (20) using screws (D). Tighten screws (D) with wrench (N).
- Page 20 Attach desk support (26) to desk leg (23) using screw (D). Tighten screw (D) with wrench (N). Attach leg set (21,22) to the desk assembly using screws (D). Tighten screws (D) with wrench (N).
- Page 21 Roll the desk below the bed frame as desired.
