Lifting device

The lifting devices are located in the left and right
roller set.
i
Maximum lift height = 200 mm.

When the lift or lower push-button on the electrical
cabinet is pushed, the lifting devices in the left and
right roller sets move simultaneously.

Operating the lifting device by means of remote
control is optionally available.
i
The lifting device is designed for lifting and lowering
in succession a maximum of 3 times per vehicle axle.

Functions
Transmit their rotating motion via friction to the wheel being tested. The test rollers have a plastic/
corundum coating in the standard version. Due to the very high coefficient of friction, high braking
forces are transmitted even with a low axle load.
Each pair of rollers is driven by an electric motor. Power is transmitted between the test rollers on
each side by way of a chain drive.
Pit cover plate between the left and right roller sets.
Monitors the running of the wheel (slip check) and the wheel position and thus implements the
switching and safety function of the tester. A foot guard is provided beneath the slip rollers.
Protect the test rollers and sensing rollers when not in use (optional).

Further operation of the lifting device overheats the
motor and trips the motor circuit breaker.
