7. Assemble the spring-anchor bracket, right light-bar
strap, 2 spacers, and right-side plate to the outer pad of
the rear frame

(3/8 x 1-1/4 inches) and 2 lock washers (3/8 inch) that
you removed in step 6.

(3/8 inch) that secure the left-side plate to the outer

Note: Discard the bolts; retain the 2 lock washers for
installation in step 9.

10. Torque the 4 flange-head bolts to 33 to 45 N∙m (25
to 33 ft-lb).
