Installing the Handlebar and
Throttle Cable

Procedure
1. Slide the handlebar into position (Figure 3).

2. Install the bolt, washer, and knob to secure the
handlebar to the machine (Figure 3).
3. Remove the air cleaner cover; refer to Figure 24.
4. Attach the throttle cable by placing the cable into the
cable anchor (Figure 4).

5. Move the assembly into place, let the cable stop slide
into place, and tighten the cable fitting and nut; refer
to Figure 5.

Adding Oil to the Engine
No Parts Required
Procedure
This machine does not come with oil. When the machine is
being used for the first time, fill with oil. Refer to Filling the
Engine Crankcase with Oil (page 19).
