1. Attach sanding head.
2. Attach sanding tool.
3. Set power tool to the required length
(adjust rear handle).
4. Connect dust extraction system.
5. Insert mains plug.
6. Switch on dust extraction system.
7. Switch on the device.
8. Press the renovation sander gently against
the work surface (the pressure should be
just enough to ensure that the sanding
head is flush with the work surface).

Operating instructions

Rubber extraction ring
The sanding head features a rubber extraction
ring with metal edge.
– The rubber extraction ring protects against
dust and ejected stones.
– It also retains the dust until it is extracted
by the dust extractor.

– The rubber extraction ring slides smoothly
over the work surface.
– The metal ring reduces wear.
If the rubber extraction ring is damaged or
shows excessive wear, it should be replaced
(see section entitled "Maintenance and care").
Gimbal bearings
The sanding head can be swivelled in different
directions.
This allows the sanding pad to adjust itself to
the work surface. As a result, the user can
sand the upper, middle and lower wall areas or
ceilings without having to change his position.
When working, apply only as much pressure
to the sanding head as is required to keep the
sanding tool in contact with the work surface.
Excessive pressure may result in a disagreeable
spiral pattern of scratches and an uneven work
surface.
