Page 3 Dash Disassembly 99-8234 Scion IQ 2012-up 1. Unclip and remove the climate control panel. (Figure A) 2. Unclip and remove the panel from around the radio. (Figure B) 3. Remove four 10 mm bolts and remove factory radio. (Figure C)

Kit Assembly 99-8234 DIN head unit provision 1. Slide the mounting brackets onto the sides of the radio housing until the side clips engage. Note: Tabs are marked Left and Right. (Figure A) 2. Slide the DIN cage into the radio housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down.

Kit Assembly 99-8234 ISO DIN head unit provision 1. Slide the mounting brackets onto the sides of the radio housing until the side clips engage. Note: Tabs are marked Left and Right. (Figure A) 2. Mount the ISO brackets to the head unit with the screws supplied with the unit.
