Single Pythagorean theorem
Pythagoras' theorem describes the relation of the
side lengths of a right-angled triangle as follows:
a² + b² = c², where a and b represent the legs
and c represents the hypotenuse of the triangle.
The "Single Pythagorean theorem" function
allows the length of one leg to be calculated. This function is used
in particular for inaccessible measuring sites.
