Horizonal shelf models are pre-set at the factory to the following
setpoints. The setpoints are the same for each shelf on dual
units.
Hardcoat Shelf Heating Elements:
Setpoint Temperature = 180°F (82°C)
Stand-By Power Percentage = 50% of full wattage
Overhead Ribbon Heating Elements
Power Percentage = 75% of full wattage

Rear Element = 0% of full wattage
Overhead Ribbon Heating Elements
