Changing Element Power Percentages
Use one of the following procedures to change power
percentages for the overhead ribbon heating elements.
NOTE: Inactivity for five seconds at any level of programming
will cause the LCD controller to save the current
parameters and return to the Main screen.
Horizontal Single Shelf Models
1. From the Main screen, press and hold the
keys for three seconds. The Temperature Mode screen will
appear and show the unit of measure that is active:
