Information Diese Gebrauchsanweisung richtet sich an Orthopädietechniker und enthält deshalb keine Hinweise auf Gefahren, die für sie offensichtlich sind. Um ein Maximum an Sicherheit zu erreichen, weisen Sie bitte den Patienten und/oder das Versorgungsteam in die Anwendung und Pflege des Produktes ein. Für eine vereinfachte Darstellung werden alle Arbeitsschritte anhand des NEURO VARIO-SWING Systemknöchelgelenkes (Abb.

  • Page 6 WARNUNG Gefährdung des Therapiezieles durch falsch eingefeilten Systemfußbügel Sollten Sie den Systemfußbügel einfeilen müssen, beachten Sie die Angaben in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung. Feilen Sie den Systemfußbügel, insbesondere für den Dorsalanschlag, nicht zu weit ein, da der Vorfußhebel sonst nicht aktiviert wird. Dadurch verschlechtert sich das Gangbild des Patienten aufgrund von fehlender Stabilität.

    8.3 Montage des Systemfußbügels 1 Fetten Sie die Reibflächen des Splintbolzens sowie die Kontaktflächen des Systemfuß- bügels zwischen Systemfußbügel und Federeinheiten mit Orthesengelenkfett. 2 Fetten Sie die zweite Gleitscheibe leicht von beiden Seiten und setzen Sie sie auf den Abb. 10 Systemfußbügel, sodass sich auf jeder Seite eine Gleitscheibe befindet (Abb.

    5 Schrauben Sie die Baugruppe für die Dorsalextension in den vorderen Feder- kanal so weit ein, bis der gewünschte Aufbau der Orthese realisiert ist. Die Druckfeder (4) muss dabei komplett komprimiert sein. 6 Schrauben Sie die Baugruppe für die Plantarflexion in den hinteren Federkanal so weit ein, bis sie den Systemfußbügel berührt (Abb. 15).

    9. Einstellmöglichkeiten an der Orthese Die Orthese kann mit einstellbaren Systemknöchelgelenken (Abb. 17) individuell an das pathologische Gangbild angepasst werden. Die in den Abschnitten 9.1 bis 9.3 beschriebenen Einstellungen beeinflussen sich nicht gegenseitig und können unabhängig voneinander vorgenommen werden. Beachten Sie die korrekte Einstellung des Dorsalanschlages bei der Montage des Systemknöchelgelenkes.

    9.2 Feineinstellung der Bewegungsfreiheit Mit der Justierschraubeinheit (4; Abb. 17) im Systemgelenk kann die Bewegungsfreiheit um bis zu 10° feinein- gestellt werden. Schrauben Sie dazu die Justierschraubeinheit weiter in das Systemgelenk hinein oder heraus. Beachten Sie, dass maximal 10° Feineinstellung vorgenommen werden dürfen. Der Kolben der Justierschraub- einheit sollte im gesamten Bewegungsumfang nicht den Kontakt zum Systemfußbügel verlieren, da sonst Geräusche entstehen.
