Basic features

Redial

A redial can be done by pressing the

Hold button

You can hold or resume a call by pressing the
"resume".
When you have more than 1 call on hold you can switch between calls by using the
arrow keys: and

Conference calls

Start a conference call:

Start a call from your phone. When the call is active you can press the soft key
"Conf". The active call is put on hold. Press the number of the person you would
like to add and press the soft key "Dial". When this second call is active, you
can press the soft key "Conf" again and the conference call is active with 3
parties. This action can be repeated to add more callers.
End a conference call:

To end a conference call, but not hang up the callers, press the soft key "Split".
Both calls are put on hold and can be resumed separately.

To end a conference call, hang up or press the soft key "End call".

Transfer

To transfer a call use the soft key "Trans" during an active call and press the number
you would like to call (internal or external) and finish with the "Dial" soft key. After
talking to the second party press "Trans" to complete the transfer.

Forward

To set up a forward press the button
