Lift each vesa plate from each monitor mount rail assembly (1a).

Place vesa plate onto the back of monitor (2a) and secure using four
(4) screws. The holes to be used are determined by the monitor choice.
Use the outer four (4) holes for 100mm and the inner four (4) holes
for 75mm (2b).

The focal adjustment handle may need to be moved downward
depending on your monitor size. Locate the two (2) adjustment
screws located on the monitor tilt bracket and loosen (3a). Adjust
location of handle to be just below the bottom of the monitor (3b).
Repeat this procedure for other monitor tilt bracket.

Insert the screws through the oblong holes in the plate making sure the screws are against the MONITOR RAIL bottom of the oblong holes instead of the top.
