    1.1.4 The LISSMAC waste water suction VACUUM-WET 100 must only be used for wet suctioning cutting slurry in connection with water. This waste water suction can be used with a floor nozzle or directly be operated on a saw blade protective hood of a floor cutter.

    1.2. Organisational measures 1.2.1 The operating manual must be easily accessible for each person at the location of the waste water suction. 1.2.2 All additions to the operating manual, all generally valid legal and otherwise binding regulations for accident prevention and environmental protection are to be followed! Such obligations may also apply, for example, to the handling of hazardous materials or the wearing of personal protective gear or traffic regulations.

Operation 1.4.3.1 Refrain from working in any manner that is questionable in regard to safety! 1.4.3.2 Take measures to ensure that the waste water suction is operated only in a safe, functional condition! 1.4.3.3 At least once per shift check the waste water suction for externally recognisable damage and deficiencies! Any changes which occur (including operating behaviour) must be reported immediately to the responsible post/person! If necessary, immediately stop the machine and secure it against restart!

    4. TRANSPORT 4.1. Transport position In order to secure the waste water suction against rolling away, the parking brake (pos. 5) must Danger! be used after the transport.     6. MAINTENANCE 6.1. Service Maintenance and repair works must only be carried out by qualified personnel. The waste water Danger! suction must be secured against turning on by other people. Maintenance and repair works may only be carried out when the drive motor is turned off and the power plug is unplugged.     6.2. Hose pump 6.2.1. Overview of the hose pump Note The hose pump hose is a high wear part. Its lifetime depends on the frequency of use, the type of materials being fed, the feed speed, feed pressure and temperature. Hose quality must be suitable for the feed material.
