press the mode button
to display AUTO on the
transmitter. Does the
transmitter display the
room and temperature
setting?

If the settings is above
room temperature on
the transmitter, did
the main valve and
fan turn On?
Yes
If the settings is below
room temperature on
the transmitter, did
the main valve and
fan turn Off?
Turn pilotstat knob to
OFF to turn the valve
completely Off.
Move switch from
LOCAL to REMOTE.
