To switch on the reverse running (counter clock-
wise), turn the regulator switch (9) to the left position,
as shown in the picture.
1. To switch to forward running (clockwise), turn the
switch to the right to the position 1, 2 or 3, ac-
cording to the desired speed resp. torque you
need for the work.
Use the speed setting in order to achieve the
desired torque. To tighten bolts always use the minimum or middle speed. For
unscrewing bolts the air impact wrench is provided with max. torque in re-
verse running.
Make sure not to overwind the bolts.

Maintenance and Care

To ensure proper function and a long life time, it is essential to lubricate and
maintain the impact wrench frequently.
For operating pneumatic tools, you will need clean compressed air. Corrosion
residual, dust and dirt in the supply line, restrain the performance and create
technical difficulties. A maintenance unit with filter, pressure regulator and
oiler, connected ahead to the tool, dehumidifies and removes dirt from the air,
and regulates the operating pressure. Also it supplies the tool with lubricant in
an optimal way.

Lubrication

Pneumatic tools have to be lubricated always sufficiently. This is done
continuously and safest by using an oil-fog lubricator. If the oiler is mounted
centrally at the compressor or mounted firmly at the end of the compressed-
air pipe installation, use only a hose with a length of max. 10 m. If the hose is
longer, the nebulisation disappears in the air. The oil floats inside the hose
and does not arrive at the air tool.
If no oil-fog lubricator is available you can drop a few drops of lubrication oil
into the air connection (1) to operate the impact wrench for short time only.
The oiler setting for an oil-fog lubricator should be:
when using a hose up to 5 m
when using a hose up to 10 m
