PHscan20S/F pH Calibration The PHscan20 tester allows 2 points calibration. We recommend calibrating the instrument during the first use or new electrode replaced. For better accuracy, regular calibration is recommended. DO NOT reuse the buffer solutions after calibration, contaminants in solution will affect the calibration and eventually the accuracy of the measurement.

PHscan20S/F Measurements pH Measurement Rinse the electrode with deionized water. Place the electrode into the sample solution and stir gently. Note that the end of the electrode must be completely immersed into the solution. Wait for the measurement to stabilize and record the reading.

PHscan20S/F Appendix Preparation of pH Buffer Solutions The PHscan20 tester is packaged with pH4.01/7.00/10.01 buffer sachets required for calibration. • Open the pH7.00 buffer sachet, pour the reagent into a 250 ml volumetric flask. Fill the deionized water to the mark and mix the solution until the reagent is completely dissolved.
