We have attempted to make your installation of the Accel CS boiler easy by pre-piping and pre-wiring a
complete system.
Note: These instructions are for quick reference only.
For complete instructions, refer to "Owner and Installation Manual" found inside top front cover.
3x2 Adaptor
for 2" venting
Insert into 3"PPS
adaptor. DO NOT
INSERT DIRECTLY

Install Air Vent & Relief Valve
Remove hygroscopic air vent cap
when purging the system, and hand
tighten when placing into service.
3" Appliance adaptor
Use for all PPs
venting.
2"/3" Direct Air Inlet

Gas, Return and Drain Piping
Return: Left termination
Use included 1" x 18" Nipple
Gas: Rear termination

Install Circulator to supply
flange. Bolts, gaskets and
flange located in component
box.
Return: Right termination
Use included 1" x 9" nipple
Condensate Trap: Fill with water prior to
startup. Make sure trap ball floats freely
before completing install.
