4. When done led is seen on the display, process is completed and vacuum bag is taken
from compartment. (Figure 3)

Vacuum Bag Working Process

1. After pressing start button, mechanism moves up and starts compress the bag, in the
meantime ready led is on.
2. After bag is compressed, vacuum process starts by vacuum pump, in the meantime
vacuum led is on.
3. When system reaches intended vacuum limit, resistance starts to melt mouth of the bag,
in the meantime seal led is on.
4. After sealing process is done, mechanism move down, in the meantime seal done is on.
As motor comes to first position, done led will go off and process is completed.
• All lights are turned off for 1 minute after the process is completed, during that time
system cannot be activated.
• When start and ready lights are on, the system is ready for use again.
