  • Page 9 - wire rows 5, 6, 7 and 8 to positions 4, 5, 6, 7 The initial row 4 must stay disconnected from the panel. When switching on, the KMS208 will detect 7 rows (LEDs 1 to 7 on). For a machine equipped with declutching mechanisms, changing 2-pin connections on the connection plage must follow the same logic.

    A cleaning brush is supplied with the box: clean it at least once a day to prevent the cells from being clogged. For sowing under very dusty conditions, if the KMS208 alarm sounds more and more often, the cells must be cleaned more often.

  • Page 12 Precision Seed Drills KMS208-KMD112 Cell test The KMS208 box is used to to test the LEDs and cells. Access to the function : The monitor is off - Hold the on/off button down for 5 seconds (1). - A beep resounds - Release the button.
  • Page 13 Precision Seed Drills KMS208-KMD112 Function test: - Pass a screwdriver through the infrared beam (1). A "beep" sounds and the corresponding LED in the row lights up in red (2) as the object goes through the beam. Example : row n° 3.
