- Page 3 Assembly 1 Dowel Barrel nut x 2 Fit dowels to the ends of the side rails as shown (4 dowels) and push barrel nuts into the holes in the inner faces of the rails. Using a flat-head screw Bolt x 4 driver, make sure that the holes in the barrel nuts line up with the holes in the ends of the side rails.
