  • Page 5 5 Predisposizione della caldaia e luogo d’installazione Prima di effettuare l’installazione del serbatoio assicurarsi che la caldaia a pellet sia installata secondo le indicazioni presenti nel manuale e nel rispetto delle Norme vigenti . Verificare che l’impianto elettrico e le prese abbiano la capacità di sopportare l’assorbimento massimo sia della caldaia sia del serbatoio.

  • Page 7 7 Montaggio SERBATOIO aggiuntivo su lato DX caldaia Per il montaggio del serbatoio sul lato di destra della caldaia è indispensabile trasformare l’accessorio e predisporlo per il fissaggio a Dx operando come segue : - smontare lo sportello pellet (1) , il coperchio fisso posteriore (3) e l’asta di blocco apertura sportello (13) - smontare la staffa fissaggio coperchi (2) - staccare la protezione interna motoriduttore (4) dalle fascette di trattenimento - smontare la staffa porta fascetta (7) e la fascetta di bloccaggio tubo trasporto pellet (8)

  • Page 13 5 Preparation of boiler and place of installation Before installing the hopper, make sure the pellet boiler is installed according to the instructions in the manual and in compliance with the current regulations. Make sure the electrical system and sockets are suitable for the maximum absorption of the boiler and hopper.

  • Page 15 7 Installing the supplementary HOPPER on boiler RH side To install the hopper on the right side of the boiler is essential to convert the accessory and prepare it for RH fixing as follows: - remove the pellet door (1), the fixed rear cover (3) and the door opening blocking rod (13) - remove the cover fixing bracket (2) - detach the gearmotor internal protection (4) from the retaining clamps - remove the clamp bracket (7) and the pellet tube clamp (8)

    5 Vorbereitung des Kessels und Installationsort Vor Installation des Behälters muss sichergestellt werden, dass der Pelletkessel Md. FIRMWAREVERSION gemäß den Anleitungen im Handbuch und unter Befolgung der gültigen Vorschriften installiert wurde. Die elektrische Anlage und die Steckdosen müssen für die maximale Stromaufnahme sowohl des Kessels als auch des Behälters geeignet sein.

    6 Montage des zusätzlichen Standard-BEHÄLTERS auf der LINKEN Kesselseite Für den Anschluss des zur Standard-Installation auf der linken Seite ausgelegten Behälters am Kessel wie folgt vorgehen ( ref. Abbildung Kapitel 3 ) Sicherstellen, dass die Kesselteile korrekt für den Anschluss auf der linken Kesselseite montiert sind. Das Verbindungsrohr (15) muss vom Zubehör getrennt und am Kessel installiert sein.

    7 Montage des zusätzlichen BEHÄLTERS auf der RECHTEN Kesselseite Für die Montage des Behälters auf der rechten Kesselseite muss das Zubehör umgebaut und wie folgt für die Befestigung auf der rechten Seite vorbereitet werden: - Die Pelletklappe (1), die hintere feste Abdeckung (3) und die Aufhaltestange der Klappe (13) ausbauen - Den Bügel zur Befestigung der Abdeckungen (2) ausbauen - Die interne Schutzabdeckung des Getriebemotors (4) aus den Schellen lösen - Den Bügel für die Befestigung der Schelle (7) und die Schelle, mit der das Pelletrohr (8) befestigt ist, ausbauen...
  • Page 24 Für den Anschluss des zur Installation auf der rechten Seite ausgelegten Behälters am Kessel wie folgt vorgehen: Den Behälter an die rechte Kesselseite stellen. Durch Verstellen der Stellfüße des Behälters auf das für die Verbindung Kessel/Behälter vorgesehene Maß bringen. Das System Kessel/Behälter mit dem Verbindungsrohr (9) fixieren, dazu die 4 Schrauben vom Innern des zusätzlichen Behälters anziehen.
