General
- The hammer drill is equipped with a vibration
cushioned handle.
- Always hold the drill/chisel hammer with both
hands.
- Make sure that there is good ventilation when
working.
- Don't drill into asbestos cement.
- When drilling metal, make a punch mark on the
drilling location as a precaution.
- Start the machine running slowly. Press the on/
off switch slowly.
- If possible, use a cooling agent.
- Always keep the ventilation slits of the machine
clean and dust-free.
If necessary, clean with a soft brush.
- Only use bits or chisels with an SDS socket.
- Be aware of the sharpness of the bits and chisels.
- Before starting, put the drill or chisel onto the
drilling/chiselling position and apply pressure.

Service and Maintenance

- Before performing any work on the equipment,
pull the power plug.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the plastic elements.
Do not use any cleansers, solvents, or pointed
objects.
- Regularly clean any dust that is stuck to the
ventilation openings and moving parts with a soft
brush or a paint brush.
- The hammer drill must be lubricated with the
grease that is provided after approximately 25
hours of operation.
- Use a cam wrench to remove the cover plate (5)
on the upper part of the machine.
- Use approximately 50 g of grease to lubricate all
mechanical parts that you can reach.
- Close the cover plate.
- If necessary, have an electrician replace the
carbon brushes.
