FILTER REPLACEMENT
1. With the Kettle Drain valve in the "CLOSEd" position, pull the
mobile oil drawer from the fryer and disconnect the filtration hose
from the fryer. Take care when pulling trolley from fryer as it has
sharp edges.
2. Pushing down on filter frame

closest to clip upwards. Slide opposite edge of filter cartridge out
from beneath the filter frame lip.

3. Remove used filter

4. Place new filter and filter ring
A
filter cartridge . Reverse step 2 above.
5. Reconnect filtration hose to fryer and return mobile oil drawer to its
position under the fryer.
