- Page 5 Step 3: Attach the back panel to the second upright by having one person hold the back panel in place while another person lifts the upright so that the square head bolts can be installed into the milled slots in the upright nut channel and gently sliding the upright down to the floor. Gently slide the back panel to the pencil marks on the upright and tighten the hex head keps nuts to hold it in place.

- Page 7 Note: If your order includes accessories such as shelves, light fixtures, parts cup stringers, flipper door cabinets, footrests and electrical channels IAC Industries recommends that they be assembled to the uprights before you install the worksurfaces. This reduces the reach distances for installing these items making assembly much easier and safer.

Be sure to maintain the same top support bracket height so that the worksurface heights will be the same. Attach the D/S back panels item 1 to the D/S top support bracket of the starter upright by placing it over the threaded inserts in the bracket flange and installing 2 each items # B and D into the inserts.

- Page 16 Step 4: IAC recommends that the installation of the light fixture sub-assemblies onto the light brackets to be conducted by two assembly personnel. Flip the light fixture sub-assembly over and lift it into position between the light fixture brackets. The on/off switch should be on the front right hand side.
- Page 17 Step 6: When the light tubes are installed, install the light diffuser by sliding it’s back edge into the opening at the back of the light housing sliding it back until the front edge of the diffuser can be pushed up into the light fixture housing. Slide the diffuser forward slightly until it rests on the front edge of the light housing.

- Page 34 ESD Cord Ground Attachment HARDWARE KIT QS-HWR 014 ESD refers to the OPTIONAL static dissipative laminate used on the bench. The laminate has a conductive material that comes in contact with the factory installed grounding bolts in the worksurface. The ESD grounding kit, including the 10 ft grounding wire must be properly grounded to your facility earth ground.
- Page 35 NOTE: If benches are moved the ground bolts in the Worksurfaces should be re-tested. Refer to EOS/ESD document S4.1-1990 Worksurface-Resistive Characterization for proper testing methods. If ground has been distributed between the bolt and the static dissipative laminate, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN ground bolts to achieve proper ground. If ground cannot be reestablish loosen nuts underneath bolt and remove ground bolt from hole.
- Page 36 WORKSURFACE CLEANING: Hard surface laminate is designed to resist abrasion, scuffing, scorching, hot solder, flux and most solvents. Intense exposure, such as from a hot soldering iron is not recommended. The surface cleans easily with a damp cloth and soapy water. A mild chemical cleaner with no abrasive can be used for stubborn spots.
