The parameter length specifies the length in bytes of the following SEND
DIAGNOSTIC parameters.
The sense data length does not include itself.
The ROM Diagnostic field if zero, requests that diagnostics not be performed
on the ROM.
The ROM Diagnostic field if one, requests that diagnostics be·
performed on the controller.
The ROM Diagnostic field if two, requests that
diagnostics be performed on the drive control.

on the RAM.
