A laser module is installed on the BDKP-N1002.
A laser module is vulnerable to static electricity.
When installing the BDKP-N1002 (CCM-36A board),
must be put on the earth-band to establish a ground.

2-2-1. Installation Procedure

1. Turn off the power of the BDX-N1000 and remove the
power plug from the outlet.
2. Remove the six screws (B 4x6), and remove the top
panel.

3. Remove the four screws (B 3x6), and remove the rear
panel (B).

Keep the rear panel (B) and the four screws (B 3x6)
that are removed.

4. Insert the SC connector on the CCM-36/36A board
into the hole of the rear panel.
5. Align the four screw holes of the board with the four
supports.

6. Press the connector on the CCM-36/36A board so that
it is connected with the connector CN1 on the IF-694
board.

Make sure that the connectors are connected tightly.
7. Secure the CCM-36/36A board by tightening the four
screws (PSW 3x6) supplied with the BDKP-N1001/
N1002.
