Symptom
All LEDs off
TEST button pressed, but no
condensate discharge
Condensate is only discharged while
TEST button is pressed
Device constantly blows off air

9. Shutting down plant

For plants that are run in continuous mode, perform the following steps to shut down the plant:
1.  Close the shut-off fittings behind the plant (valve B, see figures "Bypass line" on page 35).
2. Do not shut down the control unit until both adsorbers are fully regenerated.
3. Shut down the control unit by disconnecting the control box from the power supply.

Fault in power supply
Power supply PCB defective
Control PCB defective
Feed/drain line blocked or closed
Wear (seals, valve core, diaphragm)
Control PCB defective
Solenoid valve defective
Pressure below minimum pressure
Pressure above maximum pressure
Insufficient feed line incline; cross-
section too small
Excessively high condensate volume
Sensor tube very dirty
Control air line blocked
Wear (seals, valve core, diaphragm)
After shutting down, no compressed air must flow through the plant, as this would result in
an overload of the adsorbent, so that it can no longer be regenerated by the dryer system.
For plants that are operated in systems with discontinuous compressed air consumption,
you must install a control suitable for intermittent operation.
