Change the fuse links
Run alternator at correct rpm. If the problem
persists, disconnect the AVR and connect a
24VDC battery between F1 and F2. This action
will increase the residual voltage.
Reconnect AVR.
Check the wiring complies with the wiring diagram
and repair if necessary
Replace the voltmeter
Replace the AVR
Set the voltage to the required value
Replace the AVR
Connect link or potentiometer as necessary
Connect as per the diagram
Set rpm
Set rpm
Reduce non-linear load
P.F. correction required
Redistribute the load equally over all three phases
Replace the AVR
Replace the diodes
Remove droop connection if not needed
Check and repair the wiring. Make sure that the
contacts are screwed in tightly.
