Merging Images (Overlay)

The machine can merge two differ-
ent originals onto the same copy pa-
per.
There are three ways to make Overlay copy.
• Overlay-1
Two different originals can be merged onto the same copy paper.
• Overlay-2
The machine merges two originals and only the overlapped image will be
copied.
• Overlay-3
Original are merged and where black overlaps black the image is inverted
(see the above illustration).

Press the Editing key until the
setting screen is displayed.

Select "Overlay-1", "Overlay-2"
or "Overay-3" with the < >
keys. Then press the [OK] key.

Set the originals and press the
Start key.
When you set originals on the exposure glass, start with the first page to be
copied. After the first original is scanned, remove originals and repeat step
