Troubleshooting
In cases of malfunction, the most common cause is lack of power to the HDCam. Be
sure to check power supplies and connections to ensure that the HDCam has the proper
power supply and that the components are turned on. You should see a light illuminated
on the power supply as depicted in Figure 22.

If a power problem is suspected, unplug and re-plug the HDCam power supply. You can
verify if you have power by looking for the light discussed in Installation, on page 14,
through the window of the front of the housing at the top right corner of the camera. If
this light is lit you should have power.
