Indoor connections

For the following steps you will need to unpack the items listed below:
 Network Surge Suppressor
 Power Strip
 Power Supply
 5 ft Cat 5 Network Ethernet Cable
1. Plug the indoor end of the 200 ft Ethernet cable into the power supply where the
connection is labeled "Data and Power Out."
2. Plug the network surge suppressor into the power supply in the second connection
labeled "Data in."
3. Plug the 5 ft Cat 5 Network Ethernet cable into the network surge suppressor.
4. For internet transmission, plug the opposite end of the 5 ft Cat 5 Network
Ethernet Cable into the network connection at the location inside of the building.
5. For power, plug the power supply into the power strip and plug the power strip
into an electrical outlet. Make sure you plug the power supply into the power
strip as this step was not completed during indoor preliminary setup.
6. Once the camera has a power connection and internet transmission, several lights
can be seen on the camera, which you should have witnessed while completing
the Indoor Preliminary Setup section of this manual on page 12. Refer back to
this section for images depicting the necessary light activity on the camera.
