8. Make sure the Launch Program box is selected, click finish.
9. Once you launch the program you will see the IP address of your HDCam
listed.
Note: If you do not see an IP address listed you are not connected to the
same subnet as the camera and you will need to finish testing in another
location where you can guarantee the computer and camera are on the
same subnet. If you are certain the camera is connected to the same
subnet as the computer you are working on and you have verified the
camera is installed properly, than you will need to call Earth Networks
Weather Station Technical Support at (800)624-4205. If your network
does not assign DHCP IP addresses, you will need to obtain a null
modem cable to program a Static IP address in order to finish installation.
A null modem cable and instructions can be obtained by calling the
above number.
