INSTALLING THE WATER TRAY AND RECIRCULATING WATER PUMP
1) Locate the plastic water tray (A) Fig.11 and slide it under the table inside the
machine frame as shown. Make sure the drain plug (B) is installed tightly.
2) Locate the water pump (C) Fig.11. The water pump comes with suction cups
underneath it, wet the suction cups. The water tray comes with a cut out which
shows the position the water pump must be placed. Position the water pump
inside the cut out and press down firmly.
3) With dry hands, connect the water pump power cord to the dedicated water
pump power receptacle (D) Fig.11.
Warning: This power receptacle (D) Fig.11 must only be used for the water pump.
4) There is a clear hose (E) Fig.11 which comes out from the base of the head.
Clip the clear hose in the plastic retainers (F) as shown, then connect the end
of the clear hose to the spout (G) on top of the water pump.
INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT OF MITER GAUGE
1) This Tile saw comes with a miter gauge (A) Fig.12 which can be used on either
the right or left side of the blade. The miter gauge gets installed over the sliding
table fence (B).
2) Position the miter gauge over the sliding table fence as shown. Tighten lock
knob (C) Fig.12 to secure the miter gauge in position.
3) To adjust the angle of the miter gauge, loosen lever (D), set the desired angle
and retighten lever (D).
INSTALLING/REMOVING 10" WET TYPE DIAMOND BLADE
Warning: For maximum performance and safety, only use 10" Wet Type Tile Saw
blades with this Tile Saw. Do not use 10" Wet Type Tile Saw blades that are rated
below the no load speed rating of this Tile Saw (4500 RPM). Do not use a
damaged blade.
Warning: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before attempting to
install or replace blade.
To assemble the supplied blade or a replacement blade:
1) Loosen blade guard lock knob (A) Fig.13 and open the blade guard (B) as
shown.
2) Lock the spindle shaft by pressing and holding the spindle lock button (A)
Fig.14 in order to remove the arbor nut and flange.
3) Using the supplied blade arbor adjustment key (D) Fig.15, while maintaining
pressure on the spindle lock button, loosen and remove arbor nut (C) Fig.13,
then remove the outer flange (D) Fig.13.
4) If removing or installing a blade, the water spout (E) Fig.13 must be removed.
Simply pull it off to remove it.
