    ASSEMBLY UNPACKING, ASSEMBLY & SET UP Caution: Follow all of the assembly & installation instructions completely before connecting the Tile Saw to a power source or turning the motor on. Carefully open the main box and remove all the saw components and packing materials.
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLING HEAD TO MACHINE FRAME The following steps should be done with the help of a second person. 1) Position the head (A) Fig.7 up against the frame (B) and secure head to frame using 5 large cap screws and washers (C) Fig.7 and (A) Fig.8. 2) Secure the head to the frame by tightening the 5 cap screws using the supplied 8 mm hex.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTALLING THE WATER TRAY AND RECIRCULATING WATER PUMP 1) Locate the plastic water tray (A) Fig.11 and slide it under the table inside the machine frame as shown. Make sure the drain plug (B) is installed tightly. 2) Locate the water pump (C) Fig.11. The water pump comes with suction cups underneath it, wet the suction cups.
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTALLING/REMOVING 10” WET TYPE DIAMOND BLADE continued... Warning: For maximum performance and safety, only use 10” Wet Type Tile Saw blades with this Tile Saw. Do not use 10” Wet Type Tile Saw blades that are rated below the no load speed rating of this Tile Saw (4500 RPM). Do not use a damaged blade.

    ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS INSTALLING WATER TRAY EXTENSIONS continued... 2) Next, install the front side tray extension (A) Fig.19. Align the engraved marks (B) with the rail hooks (C), slightly tilt the tray and hook it onto the two rail hooks and under the supports (D).

    OPERATION FILLING THE WATER TRAY WITH WATER 1) Before attempting to fill water tray with water, it is important that the water pump (A) Fig.23 be secured to the water tray and that the drain plug (B) is position in the drain hole. 2) Fill the water tray with water up to the MAX fill line (C) Fig.23 before operating this Tile Saw.

    • Reassemble using new carbon brush assemblies (not included). Reinstall brush caps (A). Tighten brush caps securely. Do not overtighten. PARTS DIAGRAM & PARTS LISTS Refer to the Parts section of the King Canada web site for the most updated parts diagram and parts list.
