INSTALLING/REMOVING 10" WET TYPE DIAMOND BLADE continued...
Warning: For maximum performance and safety, only use 10" Wet Type Tile Saw
blades with this Tile Saw. Do not use 10" Wet Type Tile Saw blades that are rated
below the no load speed rating of this Tile Saw (4500 RPM). Do not use a
damaged blade.
Warning: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before attempting to
install or replace blade.
5) If you are replacing a used blade, remove the blade from the arbor shaft.
Position supplied blade (A) Fig.15 or replacement blade on arbor shaft.
Reposition the outer flange (B) against the blade, make sure the flat of the
flange lines up with the flat of the arbor shaft.
6) Press the spindle lock button (A) Fig.14 to lock spindle shaft, reinstall arbor nut
(C) Fig.15 and secure blade using supplied blade arbor adjustment key (D)

knob.
INSTALLING BLADE SPLASH GUARDS
1) Install the triangular splash guard (A) Fig.16 to the rear of the blade guard using
a large pan hd screw (B).
2) Install the flap splash guard (A) Fig. 17 over the triangular splash guard (B).
First secure one side of the flap splash guard to the side of the blade guard
using a small pan hd screw (C). To finish the installation, secure the other side
of the flap splash guard to the other side of the blade guard using another small
pan hd screw.
INSTALLING WATER TRAY EXTENSIONS
This Tile saw comes with 3 water tray extensions, each one get installed in the
following order:
1) Install the rear tray extension (A) Fig.18 at the rear of the Tile saw. Slide the
rear tray extension into the grooves (B) in the machine frame. Once pushed all
the way, the tray extension flap (C) can then pivoted upwards into the vertical
position as shown.
