This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE WHEN
LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 40 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
Do not use power tools to assemble.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

- Page 3 Step by step assembly instructions Step One Place Legs (7) under the Headboard (1), and Footboard (2). Attach the Legs (7) to both Headboard and Footboard using M6 x 40mm Bolt (J), M6 Spring Washer (G) and M6 Washer (H). On Footboard, hand-tighten to loosely secure parts together.
- Page 4 Step Three Lower the Centre Rail (6) into the brackets in the centre of the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) as shown in Fig.3. Now secure the Centre Rail (6) using the M6x25mm Bolts (I) and tighten with the M4 Allen Key (A) as shown in Fig.4.
- Page 5 Step Five With the curved side facing upwards, insert 2 slats into a centre cap then into 2 side caps on either end(x16). (Please note the Wide Slats (5) must be inserted with the Wide Centre Caps (E) and Wide Side Caps (F)).
- Page 6 Step Seven This bed is now ready to use.

Care and Maintenance This bed should be cleaned using a soft, damp cloth and dried immediately. Do not use a very wet cloth or allow any liquid contact for a long period of time as this can permanently damage the surface. Do not use detergents and do not rub as this can cause permanent damage.
