Cause
Sprayer is too far away from target sur-
face.
Incorrect tip for application of material.
Excess material has accumulated on
Spray Tip/Guard Assembly.
Tip filter is partially clogged or damaged.
Front valve is slow to react.
Front valve is damaged or worn out.
Filter is partially clogged or damaged.
Tip/Guard Assembly not threaded com-
pletely onto sprayer.
Seat is worn.
Solution
Move sprayer closer to surface.
Replace tip.

Replace front valve.
