Complete the Software Installation on the CP (9028429‑400 and 9028602‑100)
23. Relaunch AirWave and confirm the software status is "Installed" and that there are no error messages displayed
in red under the "Installed" status (Figure 13).
Note: In addition, to view further details regarding the application status, select the Installation Information
button (Figure 13).
Note: Software installation cannot be performed if security policies are not up to date. If software was not
successfully installed, refer to the "Appendix A ‑ McAfee Security Policies" section of this manual and
complete the steps provided to troubleshoot.
24. Double-click the Vercise Launcher icon
launch the Vercise Neural Navigator software. A window will display with the Connect Tab highlighted. Select the
CP button to confirm the successful installation of software parts 9028429‑400 and 9028602‑100 (Figure 14 and
Figure 15).
Note: The confirmation key is also displayed on this screen as shown in Figure 15.
Note: If you do not see a successful installation message, or the Software Part Number does not display
correctly, contact Technical Support.
