5. Verify that the Software Part Number is 9028429‑400, as shown in Figure 4:
Note: The CP serial number and activation key displayed here is for illustration only.
BSN employees: To obtain an activation key, see the "Appendix B - Web Activation Portal" section of this
manual, then continue to Step 6.
Non-BSN employees: Contact your local sales representative to obtain an activation key, then continue to
Step 6.
6. On the CP, enter the activation key generated from the web activation portal or provided by your local sales
representative (Figure 4).
7. Select the Activate button (Figure 4). This process may take several minutes as the system is being reconfigured
to support the new application. Various status messages will be displayed as the Installer installs the Vercise Neural
Navigator 4.0 software on the CP (Figure 5). Select Next or Finish as necessary.
