It is the installers' responsibility to make sure all fasteners (including pre-assembled) are
tightened before operation of motorcycle. Küryakyn will not warranty components that are
lost due to improper installation. Periodic maintenance may be required.

AtteNtIoN! A stock Harley-Davidson license plate mount is shown in the following
procedure; your license plate mount may vary but the procedure is the same.
Procedure
steP 1 on the stock license plate bracket, loosen the top clamp fastener and remove your
license plate. See PIC.1.
steP 2 Place the backing plate over the license bracket and center the backing plate on
the license plate bracket. Adjust the top clamp to fit the backing plate. tighten the top clamp
fastener.

- Page 2 steP 3 Determine the orientation of the signal plates. You can mount the plates on either side of the license plate bracket, depending on whether you want the accessory light mounts on the top or on the bottom. See PIC.2 and PIC.3. You can also mount the signal plates to face toward the front or rear of the bike. PIc.2 steP 4 Place the signal plates behind the backing plate, then place your license plate over the backing plate. Secure the assembly with the provided fasteners See PIC.4. steP 5 Mount your accessory lights (not included) to the signal plates.
