How to Change Lower Pressure Roller
17. Remove fusing assembly (refer to How to Remove Fusing Assembly).
18. Place fuser so the green knob (knob 2) is to your right.
19. Open fixing release cover.
20. Push the pressure release levers down and release the pressure of the lower roller.
21. Remove 4 screws from top of fuser. (Caution: Screws might be different sizes. During
reassembly they must be returned to their original spot or fuser damage will occur).
Disconnect connector (back left).
Remove upper fixing cover.
22. Remove the two front lamp terminal fasten and the thermostat fasten.
23. Remove the two screws and then remove the lamp terminal fixing plate.
