- Page 3 ENGLISH 1. Use a marker pen to apply landmarks on the patient‘s leg (Figure 1) • The medial joint space • Along the the tibial crest at the tibial tuberosity and 15 cm below (Figure 2) 2. With the patient standing in a weight bearing position, take the M - L measurement at the joint space . Record this measurement (Figure 3) on the patient‘s information label. 3. With the patient standing in a weight bearing position, take from mid patella for the above and below circumference measurements at 7.5cm and 15cm . Record these measurements to the (Figure 4) patient‘s information label. 4. Mount the camera to the camera stand. Do not take images unless the camera is mounted to a tripod. With the patient standing in a weight bearing position facing the camera, adjust the height of the tripod until the camera is at mid patella level.

Messen Sie von der Mitte der Kniescheibe den oberen und unteren Umfang bei 7,5 cm und 15 cm (Abbildung 4), während der Patient im Stehen das Bein belastet. Tragen Sie diese Maße auf dem Informationsaufkleber des Patienten ein. 4. Befestigen Sie die Kamera am Stativ. Machen Sie nur Fotos, wenn die Kamera am Stativ angebracht ist. Passen Sie die Höhe des Stativs an, bis die Kamera sich auf Höhe der Mitte der Kniescheibe befindet, während der Patient im Stehen das Bein belastet und vor der Kamera steht. Positionieren Sie die Kamera so, dass sie sich ungefähr 60 cm – 90 cm vom Patienten entfernt befindet. Das Foto muss das Bein 20 cm über und unter der Mitte der Kniescheibe erfassen. Die Kamera muss auf die Vorderseite des Knies ausgerichtet sein, um eine interne oder externe Rotation zu vermeiden. Bevor Sie die Aufnahme machen, muss der Patienteninformationsaufkleber am Bein des Patienten ungefähr 10 cm– 15 cm über der Mitte der Kniescheibe befestigt werden. Hinweis: Der Aufkleber muss mit aufgenommen werden (Abbildung 5). 5. Bitten Sie den Patienten, sich um 90 Grad zu drehen, so dass sich der Informationsaufkleber im Kamerablickfeld befindet.
