    BASIC OPERATION PLEASE MAKE SURE NOT TO USE YOUR DAB+ FM/AM PORTABLE RADIO WHILE CHARGING THE UNIT. 100% CHARGE THE UNIT WITH THE MICRO USB CABLE THEN UNPLUG AND TURN ON THE RADIO BEFORE FIRST USE. DO NOT USE RADIO WHILE CHARGING, RADIO INTERFERENCE MAY OCCUR WHILE DOING SO.

    BASIC OPERATION (CONT.) Switch On Press and release the Power button on the top of your radio. Your radio will switch on to Standby Mode, short press the Power button and begin an automatic scan for DAB Stations. A progress bar will show the status of the scan and the number of stations found.

    BASIC OPERATION (CONT.) Storing a DAB/FM/AM station 1-5 preset Your Radio can store up to 5 direct access radio stations in its preset buttons located at the top of the radio for instant access to your favourite stations. While on your favourite radio station on either DAB/FM/AM mode, press and hold any of the preset buttons number 1-5 at the top of the unit.

    BASIC OPERATION (CONT.) FM Radio Mode If you are not already in FM mode, press DAB/FM button to go to FM mode (check the display). If you were listening to an FM station when you switched the Radio off then this station will be automatically selected when you switch the Radio back on.

    BASIC OPERATION (CONT.) Audio Mode The radio will automatically switch between Stereo and Mono, depending on the quality of the signal being received but you can override this function and manually switch between ‘Forced Mono’ and ‘Stereo Allowed’. Note: As this is a Mono radio, you may wish to only select the ‘Stereo Allowed’ option if you are listening to your radio using headphones.

    BASIC OPERATION (CONT.) AM Radio Mode If you are not already in AM mode, press and release the Mode button to go to AM mode (check the display). There are 20 memory presets for AM radio. The operation for presetting stations and recalling a preset in AM mode is same as DAB/FM modes.
