Always read and follow the safety precautions and warnings
found in this manual and the manual for the
KombiEngine/KombiMotor. Both manuals must be used
together. Keep them in a safe place for future reference.

3.1

Signal Words

This manual contains safety information that requires your
special attention. Such information is introduced with the
following symbols and signal words:
DANGER
Indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided, will
result in death or serious injury.
WARNING
Indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided, could
result in death or serious injury.
NOTICE
Indicates a risk of property damage, including damage to the
machine or its individual components.

KombiTool

1 Machine Support
For resting the KombiTool on the ground.
2 Blades
Metal blades for cutting and removing weeds, grass and
similar vegetation.
3 Rider Plate
Covers the blade mount.
4 Protective Cap
Keeps dust and debris out of the drive tube when the
KombiTool is not connected to the Kombi powerhead.
5 Marker
Defines the proper attachment depth when the
KombiTool is inserted in the coupling sleeve of the
KombiEngine/KombiMotor.
6 Drive Tube
Connects the KombiTool to the
KombiEngine/KombiMotor.
7 Screw
Secures the rider plate to the KombiTool.
