WATER PUMP (REGULAR ROTATION MODELS)

• Impeller housing

Cracks/damage → Replace.

CHECKING THE IMPELLER AND

IMPELLER HOUSING CUP

• Impeller housing cup

Cracks/damage → Replace any defec-

• Woodruff key

Damage/wear → Replace.

INSTALLING THE IMPELLER AND

IMPELLER HOUSING

• Impeller 1

• Wave washer 3

• Make sure that the slit a in the impeller is

aligned with the woodruff key.

• The collar and spacer should fit together

• Install the collar with some appropriate

tool inside diameter ø23 - 23.5 mm b that

fits over the drive shaft as shown.
