* Or as often as required.
** Change water pump crankcase oil after the first 50 hours of operation.
*** Change engine crankcase oil and filter after the first 50 hours of operation.
**** Perform drive belt, pulley & hub maintenance after the first 25 hours of operation, and then again at 100 hours.
***** If using AEON PD synthetic lubricant, 4500 hours or every 2 years, whichever comes first.

Daily Check engine oil level.*** Fill no proper level.
Daily Spray WD-40 in lubrication cup at front of console for 5
seconds.
Daily Check oil level.** Fill to proper level.
Daily* Clean filter, inspect, replace if damaged.
Daily Wash out with clean water.
Daily Inspect and remove any debris or sediment
Check oil level. Fill to proper level.
Weekly Examine air intake and cooling areas. Clean, if
required.
Weekly Check air cleaner for dirty, damaged , or loose parts.
Check for debris and clean.
Check for proper fluid level. Fill with distilled water only.
Inspect and remove any debris or blockage.
Inspect and remove any debris or blockage.
25 hrs* Inspect for damage or impending damage.
25 hrs Service pre-cleaner element.
50 hrs Lubricate o-rings.
50 hrs Change engine oil.***
100 hrs Service air cleaner element.*
Clean battery terminals
100 hrs Check condition & reset gap on spark plugs.
100 hrs Change oil filter.***
100 hrs Lubricate bearing on pulley end with grease.
Inspect and/or adjust packing nuts.
500 hrs Change oil.**
500 hrs Check for proper torque values. Re-torque, if
required.****
500 hrs Inspect, clean, and check for pulley groove wear. ****
500 hrs Check pulley alignment.****
500 hrs Inspect and clean.****
500 hrs Check belt tension.****
Replace diaphragm and check valves.
Inspect, clean, and repair, if required.
Replace nitrogen accumulator.
Yearly Drain, flush, and replace oil.*****

Clean cooling system. ( every 2 years or as needed)
