If the Burner Does Ignites and Flames Out
Turn the Burner Con-
trol Switch ON and
let the burner Ignite.
When the Burner
Goes out:
Yes
NOTE: If the Control Thermostat is in-
termittent it may cause the Heating
Status light on the Electronic Controller
to "flash" off and on, causing the burn-
er to flame out and re-ignite intermit-
tently.
1. Locate the Exhaust Back Pressure
Switch.
2. Disconnect the two wires going to
the switch.
3. Using a digital voltage meter, check
the back pressure switch for conti-
nuity when the burner flame goes
out.

Does the Burner
Re-Ignite?
1. Verify the Motor Home has
adequate Propane.
2. Locate the high limit thermo-
stats and verify they have con-
tinuity.
3. Locate the JP4 plug on the
electronic controller and verify
both C1 & C7 have 12VDC.
4. Locate the Burner's Blower
fan fuse, and verify it has con-
tinuity.

only have continuity if the boiler tank
temperature is below 155°F. If the

ed.
