Move closer to fireplace & try again.
(listen for acknowledgement beeps)

Check batteries in remote.

If Themostat mode is selected, ensure Thermostat
temp is set below current room temperature.

Re-sync the remote to the fireplace.

Check burner switch is in the on position.

Condensation is a normal occurrence
in direct Vented fireplaces. it will
evaporate when the unit heats up.
2.
To reduce the amount of condensation you see, it is
suggested to leave your unit in CPI mode. (Page 8) This
leaves the pilot light on for a maximum of 7 days.
This keeps your firebox warm and dry
thereby reducing the moisture in the firebox
that would result in condensation.
